- Landlords, upon tenant submission of an application;

Enterprise Users agree to maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable privacy laws when receiving such information.

RentFlow shall retain personal information only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein or as required by law. Enterprise Users acknowledge that certain records may be retained for compliance, audit, or dispute‑resolution purposes.

Tenants and landlords may exercise rights including access, correction, deletion, and data‑portability requests. RentFlow shall respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law.
Enterprise Users agree not to impede or interfere with the exercise of such rights.
7. International Transfers
Where applicable, RentFlow may transfer data across jurisdictions. Enterprise Users acknowledge that such transfers shall be governed by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
8. Amendments
RentFlow may amend this Privacy Policy at its discretion. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
